Town of Bethel – IT TECH SUPPORT
Provides support for the Town and provides backup support for the Network Administrator. High school education required and one-year hands-on equivalent in personal computer repair and local systems analysis OR any combination of education and experience that would provide the desired skills, knowledge and ability required to perform the job.
Must be experienced in the set-up and operation of computer servers and workstations in a networked environment. Proficient in Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server, iOS and Android operating systems. Working knowledge of computer network systems on local and wide-area networks. Understanding of TCP/IP intranet routing.
