Bethel has four affordable housing complexes that are managed by Bethel Housing Authority:
  • Reynolds Ridge E133: 40 apartments (studios and one-bedrooms) for low income elderly (62+) and disabled persons of any age, subsidized by HUD's Section 8 program. For more information, please call 203.797.9909
  • Reynolds Ridge E166: 40 apartments (studios and one-bedrooms) for low income elderly (62+) and disabled persons of any age, subsidized by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).  For more information, please call 203.797.9909
  • Phineas Park: 25 apartments (one- and two-bedrooms) for low and moderate income families (all ages), subsidized by the USDA Rural Development Program. For more information, please call 203.797.8255
  • Bethel Congregate: 44 apartments (studios) for low income elderly (62+) subsidized by the State of Connecticut Department of Housing. Services include lunch, housekeeping, and 24-hour staff coverage. For more information, please call 203.790.9744
