⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS ENROLLED IN AUTOPAY ⚠️

Please be advised that AutoPay has been temporarily disabled for the December water/sewer billing as we continue to finalize the conversion to our new utility billing system.

Payments for the current billing must be made manually using one of the following methods:

·         Mail a check to:
PO Box 274
Bethel, CT 06801

·         Deposit payment in the secure yellow drop box located outside the Municipal Center

·         Pay in person at the Tax Collector’s Office (cash or check only)

The last day to pay without penalty is January 10, 2026.

AutoPay is expected to be available again for the March billing and we will send out additional communication as soon as it's up and running again.

·         Please note, you will be required to re-enroll and re-enter any previously stored banking information.

If you have any questions or need assistance with re-enrollment, please contact the Tax Collector’s Office at 203-794-8509. We are happy to walk you through the re-enrollment process or complete the setup on your behalf, to help avoid any further inconvenience.
